What Juno is

A short orientation — the one inbox, the AI assistant, and how conversations become orders and revenue.

Explanation

On this page

Juno is a shared inbox for the messaging channels your customers already use, with an AI assistant that answers on your behalf and a commerce layer that turns those conversations into orders.

It is built for businesses whose customers arrive by chat rather than by form: clinics, shops, salons, studios, tuition centres. The vocabulary throughout is deliberately generic — everyone in Juno is a contact, and every thread is a conversation — because the same product serves a dental practice and a homeware store.

The three parts

One inbox. WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and a website widget arrive in the same place, in the same thread per person, with the same tools. Your team does not learn four interfaces or check four phones.

The Juno inbox: conversation list, the thread, and the customer's details

An AI assistant that knows your business. You give it your opening hours, prices, policies and documents; it answers customers directly, and hands over to a human when it should. What it is allowed to do on its own is something you set, and every action it takes is recorded and reversible.

Commerce in the conversation. A catalogue, orders, payment links and reminders live in the same thread as the conversation that produced them, so the answer to "what did they order?" is one scroll away rather than in another system.

What a day looks like

A customer messages your WhatsApp number. The conversation appears in the inbox as open, unassigned. The AI assistant answers the routine part — hours, price, whether you carry something. If the question needs a person, or if the customer asks for one, it is assigned to whoever is available and marked for a human.

An agent replies, adds a label, and resolves the thread. If the customer needs to be reminded about something tomorrow, that goes out as an approved template, because by then the 24-hour window will have closed.

What Juno is not

  • It is not a CRM you have to fill in. Contacts are created by people messaging you.
  • It is not a chatbot builder. There is a flow builder for the parts that genuinely are flows, but the default is an assistant that reads your material and answers, not a decision tree you draw.
  • It is not a marketing blaster. Broadcasts exist and are governed by opt-in and by Meta's template rules, which are stricter than email.
