Every morning Juno reads the day ahead and reminds each customer from your own WhatsApp number. Every send is logged.
It reads your calendar. It writes nothing back to it.
What you get
Not a shared sender. The message comes from the WhatsApp Business number your customers already have saved.
Reminders go out on your local clock, so tomorrow morning’s reminder never lands in the middle of the night.
See who would be messaged and who would be skipped, with the reason for each skip. Nothing leaves until you say so.
Each reminder is recorded once, so a retry can’t message someone twice, and “were they reminded?” always has an answer.
How a run works
Once a day, the run reads the next day’s appointments straight from your booking system.
No phone number, an unreadable time, or already reminded: it skips them and logs why.
Your reminder template is approved once on your own WhatsApp account, then reused every morning.
