Pricing questions, answered plainly
Do bigger plans unlock more features?
No, and that includes the free one. Every plan includes the shared inbox and contacts, WhatsApp · web widget (Messenger and Instagram coming soon), the AI agent with knowledge base, templates and broadcast, revenue attribution, roles and permissions, and API with webhooks. The tiers are capacity, not capability.
What counts as a conversation?
One customer on one channel. It counts once, in the billing period it starts; everything that customer sends on that channel afterwards stays in the same conversation. WhatsApp messages are counted separately.
What happens if we hit a limit?
Customers can always reach you: incoming messages are never turned away. Past the conversation allowance, AI replies pause. Past the WhatsApp message allowance, messages your team, broadcasts and automations start are not sent. Both reset with the next period, or when you upgrade. Seats cap how many people you can invite.
What happens when I use up a month's allowance?
Buy top-up credits: USD 10, 35 or 90 for 5M, 20M or 60M AI tokens. Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
Meta charges per message, at rates set by message type and country, and bills your own WhatsApp Business account directly. Your Juno plan pays for Juno only; Meta’s fees are not part of it.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, from the Billing page. A plan change takes effect straight away and is prorated. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free.
