For clinics, dental and specialist practices

One WhatsApp front desk, from first question to next visit.

Patients get answers and reminders from your own number, at any hour. Your desk sees every reply.

Works with Plato, or any booking system that can send Juno its appointments.

  • Official WhatsApp Business Platform
  • Keeps your own number
  • A Singapore company
  • We set it up with you

The whole path

Six moments, one WhatsApp number

From the first question to the recall months later, the same number carries each patient through, and every record lands where your clinic already keeps it.

  1. First contact

The question gets an answer, not a voicemail

Hours, price and parking are answered from your information. Anything clinical is handed to a person.

  2. The booking

They ask for a time, and the desk gets it

The request lands on the desk’s shared list, in the patient’s own words, ready to action.

  3. The day before

The reminder goes out, the answer comes back

Each morning Juno reads tomorrow’s list from Plato. The patient’s tap lands on their own appointment.

  4. They arrive

Singpass or an ID card, not retyping

Singpass from the poster, or a photo of the card. Check the details and press once.

  5. After the visit

The follow-up is a message, not a phone list

Aftercare, a recall, results are ready: to the patients you pick, from the same number.

  6. The months after

The patient who has not been back

The flu batch lands or a screening comes due: one approved template goes to the patients you picked. Replies land in the inbox.

Bookings go to your team to confirm. Every booking, change and cancellation reaches Plato because a person enters it, and Juno keeps the request open until someone has.

The Plato connection

Works with Plato: reads your diary, writes only when you press

Who is this number?

Beside each chat, Juno shows every Plato patient on that number, because one mobile is often a whole family.

The fiddly bits, already handled

Local numbers get your country code added. A blank doctor field won’t stop a reminder. An ID already in Plato is recognised as a match.

Your API key, locked away. Every call logged.

The key opens your whole practice database, so we seal it before storing it and only ever show its last four characters. Every call we make is logged.

Start on your own number, with us beside you

Start free on your own number, then USD 30 a month billed yearly (USD 39 monthly). Every plan has every feature; they differ only in volume. At the desk

What the desk sees

Tomorrow, without opening Plato

Every hour Juno syncs your Plato calendar, so the desk can see how full the week is and who is coming.

  • Read-only: Plato stays in charge of the diary
  • Shows when it last synced, so you never mistake an old copy for now
  • Appointments cancelled in Plato are marked, not quietly deleted

A walk-in, filed in one press

The patient scans Singpass from the poster on your counter, or you photograph their ID. Check the details, press once, done.

Bring the right patients back, without blasting everyone

Choose a label, use an approved template and see every send or skip. Replies return to the shared inbox.

Questions a practice manager asks

Before you connect anything

Whose WhatsApp number do patients see?

Yours. Reminders and replies go out from the clinic’s own WhatsApp Business number, in the clinic’s name, never a shared sender.

We are not on Plato. Can we still use the reminders?

Yes. The reminder engine is not Plato-specific; Plato is simply the first system it reads. Any booking system can push its appointments to Juno’s API, directly or through Zapier, and the same reminders go out.

Do you keep the photo of the ID?

No. It is read once in memory, and only the extracted fields are stored; the document never reaches the database or a backup. The scan link is a one-shot capability that expires in fifteen minutes.

Where does patient data live, and under which law?

In your own workspace, isolated from every other tenant at the database level, readable in full through your own API key, and we will hand you a complete export on request. Juno is built and operated by MedPath AI Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore, and handles personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Data is hosted in Singapore where practical; a few of the services we rely on process outside it, and the privacy policy names them. Traffic is encrypted in transit and channel credentials at rest; your Plato API key is sealed before storage and never shown again beyond its last four characters. We never train shared models on your data.

Something goes wrong at nine in the morning. Who do we reach?

service@medpath.com reaches the people who build Juno at MedPath AI here in Singapore, not a ticket queue. Every reminder run keeps its own log of each send, skip and failure with a reason, and every call we make to Plato or WhatsApp on your behalf is recorded, so a morning that went wrong can be reconstructed rather than guessed at.
