Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 August 2026
1. These terms
These terms govern use of Juno, operated by MedPath AI Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202315420D). By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. What Juno does
Juno is a shared inbox for business messaging. It connects to messaging channels — principally the WhatsApp Business Platform — so a team can receive and reply to customer conversations in one place, with optional AI assistance and reporting.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials confidential, and for everything done under your workspace. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Juno to:
- send unsolicited messages to people who have not opted in;
- send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content;
- impersonate another person or business;
- circumvent rate limits, security controls or usage metering;
- resell the service without our written agreement.
Messaging the public carries obligations that are yours, not ours: obtaining consent where required, honouring opt-outs, and complying with the PDPA’s Do Not Call provisions and any equivalent rules where your recipients are.
5. WhatsApp and other third-party channels
Connecting a channel means also agreeing to that provider’s terms — including Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Business Terms. Those providers can restrict, suspend or terminate your access to their platform for reasons outside our control, and we are not responsible when they do. Message pricing set by the provider is passed through to you.
6. Your data
Your conversations and customer records remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display them in order to run the service, including sending content to AI providers where you have enabled AI features. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to send us the personal data of your own customers.
7. AI output
AI-generated replies, summaries and scores are suggestions produced automatically. They can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing what goes out under your business’s name, and for any decision taken on the basis of an AI output.
8. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance for the subscription period, plus usage-based charges where applicable. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice before changing prices.
9. Availability
We aim to keep Juno available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can, but the service is provided “as is” and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Delivery of messages depends on third-party platforms we do not control.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Juno at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other users at risk, or where required by a channel provider. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to workspace administrators, and continued use after they take effect means acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
