Delete your data

Last updated: 17 August 2026

1. Which of these are you?

Juno is used by businesses to talk to their own customers, so “your data” means two different things depending on who is asking. Please read the heading that matches you — the route to deletion is genuinely different, and writing to the wrong party will only slow you down.

2. You use Juno to run a business

Your workspace — your account, your team, your contacts, conversations, orders and connected channels — is yours, and you can have all of it deleted.

  • From the console. Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace. You will be asked to confirm; the request applies to the whole workspace, not just your own login.
  • By email. Write to service@medpath.com from the address you signed up with, naming the workspace. We reply to confirm before anything is deleted, because deletion cannot be undone.

Deleting a workspace disconnects any WhatsApp Business Account you connected through Juno. Your WhatsApp account and phone number stay with you at Meta — we only give up our access to them.

3. You messaged a business that uses Juno

If you sent a WhatsApp, Messenger or web-chat message to a company and it reached them through Juno, we are holding that conversation on their instruction, not our own. We are not the ones who decided to collect it and we cannot decide to erase it.

So: contact that business directly and ask them to delete your data. They can do it from their Juno console, and they are obliged to act on your request under the law that applies to them. Once they delete a contact, the conversation history goes with it.

If you have asked and had no response, write to service@medpath.com and tell us which business you mean. We will pass the request on and follow it up with them — but the decision stays theirs.

4. How long it takes, and what survives

Deletion completes within 30 days of the confirmed request. In practice most of it is immediate; the window covers encrypted backups, which age out on their own rotation rather than being edited.

Two things outlive a deletion, and only these:

  • Records we are required to keep. Invoices and payment records, for as long as Singapore tax and accounting law requires. These identify a transaction, not a conversation.
  • Aggregate counts. Figures like “messages sent this month” that no longer identify anyone and cannot be traced back.

Nothing else is retained, and we do not keep a copy for our own use of anything you have asked us to delete.

5. Data received from Meta

Where Juno holds data obtained through Meta’s platforms — WhatsApp Business Account details, phone number identifiers, and the messages exchanged with them — that data is deleted under the same request and the same 30-day commitment described above. It is never sold, and never shared with anyone outside the business that the conversation belongs to.
